Class Reunions
Reconnect with former classmates and keep the memories alive — organized and without chaos.
Organizing the reunion
Finding a date that works for dozens of people living in different cities is not easy. In Groufr you can create a poll where everyone marks which dates work for them. Once the group agrees on a weekend, you can create an event with all the details — venue, start time, parking information, or any other notes — so everyone has everything clearly in one place.
Staying in touch between reunions
Your class group doesn't have to go silent between reunions. The group chat can be used to share old photos, life updates, or birthday wishes. Polls can also help organize smaller spontaneous meetups during the year.
Splitting costs fairly
Venue rental, catering, or a shared dinner — reunion expenses can add up quickly. Groufr records who paid for which expense and automatically calculates how much each participant owes. The organizer no longer has to chase people for payments.
Inviting guests
Sometimes you want to invite someone who was not technically a classmate — for example a favorite teacher or a student from another class who was closely connected to your group. These guests can be invited directly to the event using an email link. They can see the event details, confirm attendance, and participate in shared expenses if needed.
