Practices and matches
Create events for practices, matches, or tournaments. Players simply confirm their attendance so the coach or team captain immediately knows how many people will show up. Events can also have a capacity limit — for example if only 12 players can attend a volleyball practice.
Team communication
The group chat replaces fragmented communication across multiple apps. Share updates about schedule changes, match lineups, or simply keep the team spirit alive even outside the season.
Tournaments and away games
Multi‑day tournaments or away matches often involve shared expenses such as transport, accommodation, or entry fees. You can record expenses as they occur and Groufr will automatically calculate the final settlement between team members.
Shared equipment and team fees
Pitch rental, team equipment, or membership fees can be recorded as shared group expenses. Costs can be split equally or adjusted depending on who participated in the activity.
